Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion gently removes the top layer of dead skin, giving your skin a fresher and more radiant appearance. It can improve the effects of sun damage, remove fine lines, reduce the appearance of acne scars, reduce the appearance of uneven pigmentation and remove whiteheads and blackheads.

 

While Microdermabrasion is usually carried out on the face, it can be used on any part of the body including most commonly, the neck and upper chest and for the reduction of stretch marks.

Our practitioner will ensure that your Microdermabrasion treatment is optimised to suit your skin type and your skin concerns.

 

Who is Microdermabrasion suitable for?

Subject to initial medical screening, both men and women of any age and with all skin types can benefit from the treatment. You should NOT have treatment if you have used the anti-acne treatment Isotretinoin (brand name Roaccutane®) within the last 12 months.

 

How long does a Microdermabrasion Treatment take?

The whole treatment process takes around 25 minutes. It is a painless treatment, and improvements can be seen immediately following treatment. Sometimes a course of treatments are recommended.

Patients may experience a slight redness immediately after treatment, but this will soon fade.

 

How much does treatment cost?

A single treatment session costs £85.

 

How do I book an appoinment?

You can either call the clinic on 01268 770660 between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday or you can complete an online booking request form and one of our reception team will contact you by phone or email, whichever you prefer. You will be asked to pay a £30 deposit (by credit/debit card or Paypal) on confirming your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment costs.
